Training is over :(
🇫🇷A cause d'une simple visite chez un dentiste charcutier au debut du mois d'avril, j'ai du mettre mon entrainement entre parenthese. Les choses sont en train de rentrer dans l'ordre mais mon dieu que ca éte long (Merci @modoloalice pour le soutien et les recommandations !). Vraiment décu, j'avais prevu 3 mois sans enseigner pour me consacrer integralement a cet entrainement avec un plan precis et rationel mis en place par l'ami coach Nathan Vinsky. J'ai eu le temps de mettre en place une serie d'ajustement que j'avais en tete depuis un moment niveau compensation et j'ai pu atteindre un niveau de qualite, de facilité et de consitance de mes plongee qui m'était inedit. Mais j'ai donc du couper cours. Il va bientot etre temps de quitter Dahab pour une nouvelle aventure palpitante. Je ne sais pas quand j'aurais le temps pour reprendre l'entrainement mais j'ai hate ! En attendant je vous promet une activité en ligne accrue avec beaucoup plus d'articles a venir dans les prochains mois.
Encore plus passioné par ce sport qu'au premier jours.
A tres bientot pour des news qui vont envoyer du paté !

🇬🇧Because of a simple visit to a butcher dentist at the beginning of April, I had to put my training on hold. Things are slowly returning to normal, but "Oh my god," it's been a long (Thanks @modoloalice for the support and recommendations!). Disappointed, I had planned three months without teaching to devote myself entirely to this training with a precise and rational plan set up with my friend coach Nathan Vinsky. I had time to implement a series of adjustments that I had in mind for a while in terms of equalization, and I was able to meet a level of quality, ease, and consistency of my dives that had never reach before. But I had to stop. Still, I learned a lot! It will soon be time to leave Dahab for a new exciting adventure. I don't know when I'll have time to start training again, but I can't wait! In the meantime, I promise you an increased online activity with many articles to come in the next months.
Even more passionate about this sport than in the first days.
